WOODCHUCK Wooden Case Compatible with iPhone 8 Plus/iPhone 7 Plus - Premium Wood Grain - Made in The USA

As a wood worker I am ashamed to say I bought this. The texture of the wood is that it's final sand was done with 120 grit. There is no finish on the wood at all so I'm 2-3 months the wood will lose all of its color and turn gray. The lazer engraved logo is done terribly. The wood around the camera isn't even seated fully. And to top it all of its not even burl, on the section that I got there is only one knot. Now I know that the wood is only a venere and I know that you can get sheets of it by bulk but I would think for $40 they would at least check it first before gluing it on to a phone case. Also the wood almost seems to light to be walnut. If I could rate this zero stars I would.

Great concept with planting a tree with every purchase and from a distance the case looks great. In the end a poorly executed product. Low quality in general. Started the return process a few minutes after unboxing. I would expect to pay $5 not $40 for this quality. Unlike me to leave a review like this but just so disappointed.

The photos of the Burl Wood are very misleading. The pictures make it seem as though there is an epoxy finish over the wood, but it is in fact just raw exposed wood with a rough texture like cork. The case surrounding the wood feels like something you might pick up for 2$ in a knockoff market and the fit and finish is pretty bad. Definitely not worth it for what they are charging and I'll be returning the case.

Good overall quality but this time come with visible defect on the wood, since i’m seaman i cannot return it...

I loved everything about this case! Nothing short of beautiful and amazing!
