I wanted this to relieve pain in my back and legs. The support would have been great. I tried to figure out where the 2 charts on line would put me for size. I measured myself. I went ahead and ordered the girdle hoping it was right. It wasn't, and I then read the chart on the package and it was way off from the size charts on line.
