I received this product a few days ago and I was halfway through hanging my clothes before I noticed that there was a set of instructions (who thinks to look for instructions for hangers?), which said to wipe the hangers down or run them under water before using. I wiped one with a damp cloth and a ton of grey scum rubbed off. I then had to take all of my clothes off of the hangers and wipe each one down thoroughly, which took several hours.We as consumers should not have to take several hours of our time to clean a new product! These hangers should be clean enough to use right away. I need more hangers but will not be buying these again.

I think it’s completely BS that you have to wipe down every single hanger because they are filthy. I ordered 100 of them too. Biggest mistake of my life . It seriously worries me that regardless of how much you clean it and try to wipe it down black dye still comes off. If that comes off on my clothing I expect refunds and payments for damaged clothing. There are no wiping instructions for velvet hangers that are decent quality. I made sure to use a white towel so I can take photos /videos of this poor product after SCRUBBING them down. I practically scrubbed down 10 and waited for it to dry and then tried it again today to make sure no more dye came out and sure thing there was tons of black dye on the towel. See picture that was day 2 of scrubbing them down. Some had holes on the velvet part - cheap. You shouldn’t be selling things that ruin clothing. If I could post more pictures I would

Not one thing to dislike. We rearranged our closets and had all matching hangers ! Looks very nice !!ong shipment to begin with. They ended up sending me a new shipment and refund. I would recommend 5 star because the price is incredible and the product is very sturdy. It took time to get everything complete but they did exactly what should have been done in this situation. Truly recommend them and product and services. Did a lot of research online and they had the lowest prices possible it appears. When you need hangers please reach out to them they do an excellent job of following up with customer service and product. We were very impressed on how they continue to respond to our emails and at the end of the day did exactly what they should have to make everything right. We will be a customer for life . We hope this finds some type of help which shopping for hangers . Praying for prosperity in their business.

I started organizing my closet, and these came in handy! I still need to order more, but will probably order later on. I used to have regular metal hangers, and soon realized how many dents were left in my clothes and how easily things would slip! Now everything stays in place perfectly, i absolutely love these. Took less than a week if not a week to receive. fast shipping.

Wish I had gotten these years ago. I have twice the amount of room in my closet after getting rid of bulky hangers and less slipping off the hanger.

Love these and I need to order more as they do break sometimes. I definitely recommend you not pole shirts off of them but you take them off of the rack and take the shirt off. My 14 year old has a hard time remembering not to pull them off LOL

Perfect. I have been reordering them gradually to replace my old brittle plastic dollar store hangers.

They are perfect. They are grey. They do hold jeans, all my jeans are packed on them with no issue no breakage. I did not have to clean them or anything they came ready to use. They save so much space and hold all my bodysuits without them falling off. Love them. Highly recommend:)
