This is a beautiful dress, I'm size 20/22 it's certainly flattering, the chiffon part (with blue flowers) is not too long or short, it flows naturally and is so pretty. The under dress (black) is a stretchy material nucely shaped. Very nice and falls an inch below my knee (I'm 5ft4").
