It's a good ball
Not really sure how this wouldn't receive good ratings. It's a great ball and texture is just right. I also believe it's the NFL official size and weight. No complaints and my sons love it.

Name brand for less money than sporting goods stores
Good grip and feel for youth players after you wash it off with-dish soap. Balls were very oily when received them new. Just washed off and they began to get tackier after thrown around for a while.
