I'm having problems with curves and edges, anyone got any tips or tricks

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this wrap, you just need to be mindful about where you heat and how much you stretch. Don't rely on just heating and stretching to where you need it and call it a day. Your goal is to manipulate the vinyl so that it essentially shrinks back into the object your wrapping.. hugging it. When you're approaching the edge you need wrapped, apply your heat, grab the entire corner and stretch beyond where you need it. Once the edge has been covered, tuck under if possible, then apply heat again with the vinyl still stretched around the edge. You'll notice that it shrinks back and hugs your edge tightly. Trim off excess as necessary and don't forget about your post heating.

how much material is needed to wrap a 2016 Ram 1500 big horn?.

The material varies greatly depending on how unitized each body segment is. Long uninterrupted peices of metal typically require a lot of waste material. I took a tale measure and added up length and width of metal on my car- added 20% and ran out of material by the time I got to the roof and had to do the roof piecemeal out of scraps. This wrap has cracked, shrank, and bubbled on my car and the wrap is barely 6 months old.

Old vinyl. Well.out of date upon arrival

Old vinyl.....so much shrinkage around the edges about 4mm indicating its Old stock and not going to last its designed lifespan now. Very tightly wound and impossible to unwind straight...again to cut.....been wound for a very very long time....see shrinkage above comment. Tack is questionable...again based on I know its old stock.....I work with these type of products for the last 30 years being in the trade. Total bin job....unusable. Appearance is that of any 5d product..... spend the extra money on some stek dyno carbon from spandex

Received item ok but there is a scratch through about 12/14 inches wanted to return it but it has to go back to the USA from the uk
