Too early to tell, just received - decent value, better design than others I’ve seen — the wires are a little nuisance but can handle it and thankfully are long so you can do other things / the pads’ glue is a little messy // the intensity and pressure is not so strong as others but if they apply (as they say) acupuncture principles then it makes sense and could work - we will see!

Pretty powerful for just 2 AAA batteries!
Pleasantly surprised at how powerful this ab belt is. It took my breath away a few times. Very easy to use and seems to work well for toning. I only gave 4 stars because the electronic controller is cheaply made and seems as though it could break easily, but for the price you can't beat it.

Disappointed after only three weeks
Worked great for three weeks then nothing on the waist belt. Truly enjoyed but also a waste of money for no abuse use and just stopped working. Changed batteries waist belt no longer works. :-(

The pads are very sticky
Most products I have used do not stay on even when sitting on the couch. This one stays on the exact spot I place it even while working out.

Almost great, but fatal flaw.
The electrical stimulation seems to work pretty well, but getting the thing in place is a huge hassle. The pads "plug" into the belt (and the arm bands) with a small "pegs" which fit into little metal sockets. Unfortunately, the pegs are not quite long enough and the sockets are not quite deep enough, so they come apart way too easily, usually while trying to get the thing positioned. Once the pads are applied to the skin, there is no way to get it to plug back into the socket, so the only option is to remove the entire belt and try again. The arm bands are even worse; I haven't yet gotten through a full workout with them intact, and when one pad comes off, the current through the remaining pads is uneven and can be quite uncomfortable.Bottom line: the belt is (intermittently) functional, but the biceps straps are awful. This product could be made very good with better clipping mechanism for the pads to the belt, but without it, it's a pain and often not worth the effort. I wouldn't buy this again unless they improved it.
