I love this wheat! I'm here to order another 25 pounds of it since I just finished my last bag. I own my own grinder and use the freshly ground wheat for whole wheat breads, pancakes, crepes, etc. I highly recommend it! It's much lighter than the whole wheat flour you'd find in a store pre-packaged, and I bet people who have turned their nose up at whole-wheat breads, etc. in the past may even enjoy the breads and other foods made with this flour. :)

The real thing. I like the flavor way way better than the Palouse brand. I tried both. Living in the area I believe the difference between the two are environmental. Also may be two different types of wheat. However this brand has a much better quality flour and bread and flavor.
