Easy to catch urine for female dog.

I have been a pet owner for years and had no idea that something like this was available! Our elderly dog has to have her urine tested frequently due to the multiple medications she has to take. This urine catcher is amazing as I can walk behind her and catch her urine effortlessly. Previously, I used small plastic disposable square containers and followed her around trying to slide the container into position to catch her first urine of the day. It was difficult to do in the dark while trying to carry a light and slide the container into position without hitting one of her legs. With this telescopic reusable urine catcher, it is so easy to use and works great. When I first got this, I practiced catching her urine multiple times and it definitely makes the whole process all that much easier for both of us.

We're all set for our next suspected canine bladder infection - this collection kit is great! It comes with everything shown, including (3) specimen containers with lids.The telescopic handle and collection cup mounting joint are length and angle adjustable, yet sturdy. The clear kit bag is a good idea - when you only expect to use the kit very occasionally you could otherwise forget what's inside or that you even have a urine collection kit.It's worth noting the large collection cup is 1-1/2" deep, the small cup 1" deep. If your female dog urinates very close to the ground, the cups may be too tall to slip under without spooking her. If that's the case, just tape a jar lid or small shallow pie tin to the angled cup mount instead. The telescoping handle, adjustable angle mounting bracket, specimen cups and kit bag alone are worth the price.I recommend this kit and it's a good value.
