When I ordered these flowers for my 99 year-old mother, I thought they were fresh flowers. After they arrived, the lady in the care center asked me I knew they were not "real flowers?" I re-read the "fine print" and became aware they "are made of high-quality fresh flowers and are treated with a unique preservation process...Our preserved flowers bouquet are made of high-quality fresh flowers and are treated with a unique preservation process, ensuring that the bouquets retain their beautiful original appearance for more than one year." I submit to you that this is very confusing because the terms "preserved" and "fresh" are used interchangeably. I would not have bought fake flowers. These details need to be explained much better to the consumer. As they are, they make you feel you have been taken advantage of. If you are going to offer a "new breed of flower" it needs to be explained much better.

The bouquet looked even prettier than the picture. I will definitely order my flowers through Amazon again.

This was a gift for my mother’s birthday. I called to make sure she had gotten it since I had not heard. She did not know who they were from since they did not include my card. She said they are pretty but didn’t understand they were preserved flowers and was going to put them in water. It might he nice to have directions included for elderly people.

They came in really fast. It's a great gift and they are beautiful!
