Faulty items
I ordered 3 packs of 5 cones for my son’s birthday party. There were only 12 out of the 15 that were usable as the cones were ripped and the sweets had fallen out. Hugely disappointing.

Opened package to find that all but 1 of the sweet cones were ripped open with all the sweets falling out. Not happy as I had brought these for my daughters birthday

Inadequate packaging
Packaging had bust open on 6 out of 10 packets . Utterly useless for the purpose described . The thinnest plastic cone , be careful people , I was unable to use , wasted my money .Sweets nice - such a shame

Great sweet cones
Ordered these for my daughters 5th birthday party, ordered the vegan as had a vegetarian, so they all had the same, the sweets were double bagged so no chance of the bags splitting, great delivery.

The sweets were good but one cone arrive split! The sweets had fallen out and there was no way to contact the seller to get a replacement or refund.
