Simple and easy to use.
Fantastic charger for weeding out faded batteries.Finally got my head torch working properly after removing one duff battery from four AAA. Cheap chargers gave me no clues. With this charger I can see which batteries died first so I have paired best with best giving great performance from well used budget Ni-mh batteries.I'm sure to save money in the long run.

Works well until it doesn't and it only lasts a few months
I am super disappointed with Limeta's R8 charger. It worked really well when it first arrived and after charging a bunch of my batteries, I put it away as I don't use a lot of batteries. But after Christmas, when I used many batteries to power all the different decorations around the house, I found myself needing to recharge some of my batteries. It took it out, and it gave me error and refused to recognise any batteries. I did a self-check and came back 'OK', thought bay 1 & 2 flashed red no matter how many time I reset the chargers, unplugged and plugged back, it remained the same. I contacted Limeta via their website, which they did reply after one day, feeling apolgetic, and requested me to send the unit back for inspection. As I ordered from Amazon, there's no such option after 30-day so I am stuck. Limeta won't take it back directly and they have no UK service centre, so it's not great if you have problems like mine. So now, a £50 charger becomes an expensive paper weight. By the way, Limeta R8 is the same as ISDT N8, just so you know, though ISDT's website is more comprehensive with firmware support, not Limeta. So I may just get another ISDT charger this time to see if it makes a difference. Overall, I am not impressed with Limeta, despite the relatively fast replies from their customer service, but it didn't help me at all.

Great bit of kit
It's amazing so far no failures and will run off any battery pack and will smart bms it so that if its a bit underpowered on the size of your charger it'll spread the power out evenly and not cause issues. Easy to control and charges batteries quickly if needed but recommend to charge them at 0.2A
