An acceptable low carb alternative to pasta
It’s not as good or better than traditional pasta, but it is an acceptable low carb alternative.Standards: I have high standards when it comes to low carb alternatives, and up until this point non of the dozens of products out there where acceptable, some where chewy, gummy, dry, grainy, and so on. This are pleasant to use. It does feel different from traditional pasta, but both taste and texture are acceptable. It’s joining other products like SoLa bread and some low carb flour tortillas as acceptable.Cost: they are pricey but come it a little under $3 per serving. I find that one serving is sufficient for a meal, after adding the sauce and protein one serving of this makes a good, filling and satisfying meal. Lower carbs and higher protein make me feel satiated with less.Uses: so far I’ve used it for a shrimp and Hommemade Alfredo pasta dish and it was just right, I will be trying a cold pasta dish next to see how it stacks up there.Repurchase: I will buy this pasta products again

Love it!
This so far is the best low carb pasta I have purchased. It does say cook 11 to 20 mins but I did more like 25 mins. So it does take a while to get it to cook to a texture I was happy with but other than cook time absolutely no complaints. The texture, flavor, shape and color are just like full carb pasta. I had left overs and they warmed up nicely and never got mushy. They are pricey but I am willing to pay more for great low carb pasta so that I can eat the same as my family. Highly recommend

BEST LOW CARB PASTA ALTERNATIVE
I have never felt compelled to write a review before having the pasta. This low carb pasta is the best out there. Other brands have pasta that taste foul or is way over priced or tastes like straight beans. This pasta is the only one that tastes like actual pasta. It’s slightly bouncier than regular pasta but it just makes the pasta taste perfect and it’s extremely difficult to overcook it, making it easy to make perfect pasta every time. You do have to cook it a bit longer than normal pasta but the pasta is so good that you can easily overlook that. I hope this brand stays here and gets in stores because I would run to the store to grab this anytime I wanted pasta. I also hope they bring back their elbow pasta soon because I used to to make Mac n cheese and it was so delicious. For now, I have bought the linguine and I am excited to use that. Thank you to this company for making some really fantastic low carb pasta. I appreciate you all.

Tastes great!
Taste and texture are excellent! Great option for low carb pasta. Only knocked 1 star off because it’s pricey.

Delicious no guilt
These are absolutely fantastic. I love pasta, and a low carb life style is very challenging without delicious noodles. Many taste so terrible, rubbery, not this one. It tastes so similar to common box pasta that you can't taste the difference. From pasta salad to delicious red sauce with burata. Just try it!

My new go to pasta!
Okay, it's not the same as regular pasta but it's really close. For 110 calories, 17 grams of protein, and 27 grams of fiber I can get over the difference. It’s a little pricey and comes to about $3 per serving. The nutrient density makes it worth it to me.I’ve only used the rotini so far. It tastes great, cooks to al dente texture, and is versatile. I like it best for pasta salads. This is my new go to pasta.
