Every get done stripping your gun and then wondering if you remember how to put it back together?(raises hand and looks around) Just me? Oh.Well, some guns are pretty straight forward and some are more complicated. Oh. My. God. I still have trauma from my first hand gun, which had 48 steps to reassemble! I was terrified i had done it wrong and was afraid to fire it again.Those of us with no military background or law enforcement don't spend hours a day field stripping our guns and then reassembling them under a stop clock. So, we have no muscle memory.These mats are sooooo awesome because they are a visual reference that takes up no additional space.I have a few of these for my various guns, and this is one i got for my son for his Glock.I wasn't sure he needed it because he's had his gun for more than a decade, but when I gave it to him, he said it was good because he was going to teach his fiance how to use the gun and that includes maintenance.So, yeah, it's a great reference.As for quality? it's great.It's got a nice non-slip backing.The neoprene material absorbs spilled cleaning solution and oil.It's a great addition to your cleaning kit - especially if you have others with less experience who will be helping clean it.

What can I say, I’m a big fan of Glocks and this cleaning mat with the entire Glock parts list is a really cool thing to have. However, that said, I will not be using this to clean any gun parts on. Instead, I am using this as an oversized mouse pad and it goes perfectly with my desk pad that has pictures of multiple calibers of ammunition ranging from pistols all the way up to large rifle ammo. If I have any concerns, it might be that the white lettering is rather “thin” per se. So far it hasn’t worn off but there’s always a chance it might.

I like these mats when you need to perform gun surgery. This one seems a little thinner than others I’ve used but that is not all bad. It has a little sponge to it. It came rolled up but it lays fairly flat. Has a nice stitching around the edges so it should keep the laminated material affixed to the pad. Some of the Glock models are a little outdated on the mat but then again, Glock just throws a new number on an old model anyway. The mat will work well for what I need.

The size of this cleaning mat is perfect, and the quality is great, it feels thick and non slip. It effectively repels moisture and water spots when it lies flat, protecting my device during the cleaning process. The non slip backing make sure that the mat stays firmly in place. The printed diagram on the mat is a standout feature, allowing me to easily identify and clean each part of the device without missing any components. The edges are well stitched and there is no fraying.

Very nice cleaning mat - reasonable thick and well padded. Nice size too. Also, I love the fact that it has a diagram showing a list of all the parts. Rolls up easily for storage.

I got this for cleaning my pistol, instead of using towel, and am very pleased with it. It provides good padding, is of sufficient size to hold the disassembled parts but not too large to require excess room. It has solid stitching around the edges, easy to roll up and store and lays flat when used. Very pleased and would recommend.
