The paddle had a great feel; not too light, not too heavy with a padded handle. It was the perfect paddle to improve with, so we got another set to play doubles and gifted a third set.After using them for about 6 months, we noticed that one of the paddles began to play differently. It made a dull sound and the ball did not come off the paddle face with as much velocity. Since the set comes with a one year warranty, I decided to reach out to the company to ask for a replacement for the broken paddle.I was absolutely blown away by the owner's response. He was very understanding and apologized for the product not functioning properly. He gave us a FULL refund of the set and sent TWO replacement paddles, one brand new and one used (but still in good shape) as a backup.Besides the one paddle, the set has worked perfectly for us! Both the paddles and balls are very durable. If you are looking for a beginner or intermediate pickleball set that will last a long time, this is the one for you!!

We are beginners and started playing with wooden pickleball paddles. When deciding to upgrade, we didn’t want another beginner paddle nor a very expensive paddle. After some research we decided on the JP Winlook Speedy 2.0. The set comes with 2 paddles, 3 balls, and a convenient carrying case. The graphite paddle was a great upgrade. It is light, has a comfortable grip, and has a nice balance that makes it easy to control.After about 4 months, one of the paddles started making a different sound and had more vibration on contact. We contacted the company and the owner/founder responded immediately. He sent a new replacement paddle AND a used (but still looking new!) paddle for backup. Along with the paddles, he sent a hand written note apologizing for the problem.The Speedy 2.0 is a great product at a great price and it comes with the company’s exceptional customer service.To owner Ping, I wish you and your company all the best success and I know we will do business again in the future.

We bought this set when we were learning to play pickleball. They are great starter paddles, came with a bag, and were affordable. We purchased two more sets to give as gifts to family members. Would buy again for anyone who is just starting out.

This pickleball paddle set is excellent! I have used these paddles for many games over the past month and I am very happy with this purchase. The paddle is very lightweight and easy to hold, it is easy to move the paddles quickly in returning volleys. The grip is very tacky and I have not experienced any slipping. I also get a good amount of power on serves and returns due to the material of the paddle and I get a lot of control with the paddles and can add spin on the pickleballs. The pickleballs that came with this set are very nice and have lasted many games and are very durable, none of the balls have cracked during any of the games I played. I will most likely be purchasing more pickleballs as some of the balls are losing their bounce. I did have an issue with one of the paddles where after 2 games it completely lost its power, the sound is dull when I hit the sweet spot, and there was some play between the handle and the hitting surface, the issue was quickly resolved though due to the excellent customer support from the seller. I even got a nice handwritten letter from the owner! Overall I recommend these paddles for those who are looking to start playing pickleball! On a side note, my cat likes the pickleball bag that came with the set and stole it so she can sleep on it.

I've played tennis for over 40 years and just started playing pickleball recently. I was wanted to buy some affordable extra paddles and pickleballs for when my friends and family were visiting. I came across just what I needed in the JP WinLook pickleball graphite 2 paddle set. The paddles are super light weight, attractive and of excellent quality. The package included 3 pickleballs (yellow for outdoors). All of this arrived perfectly packaged and protected in a terrific carrying case. These paddles feel great in the hand and are well balanced. The whole set is really well made and super affordable. For the price these graphite paddles can't be beat. You and your friends & family will certainly have a fantastic time using these paddles when you play pickleball. Highly recommended for players of all ages and levels!

These paddles are well built and lightweight, and the balance is perfect. The only other type of paddle ball raquets I have used are a plywood set that cost about half the price. In comparison, these are much more balanced, and the wood ones have much more weight out toward the face of the paddle. This makes a big difference in the feel. Going back to the wood ones it feels like you are having to swing around much more weight, and it feels far less nimble. The paddles seem well built, and it sounds like they are an excellent value for the price. The set we received came without any balls, although it was supposed to come with 3. I sent a message to the vendor, and they promptly sent me 4 balls, along with a personally addressed handwritten letter from the founder of the company, Ping Larse, thanking me for the purchase and apologizing the missing balls.

My husband and I bought these when we began learning paddleball. We really like them as they seem to be good quality, lightweight, and have a very comfortable grip.After a few weeks of use, the plastic chipped on the edge of one of the paddles . It had been over a month since I had ordered them, but after contacting the company, the owner responded immediately, and not only sent a new replacement paddle, but 2 extra very gently used paddles that we now share with friends that join us to play. I commend this company on its excellent customer service, and will most certainly do business with them in the future .

I hoped to be aware of some postive aspect/performance that would be better than much cheaper paddles.
