As described and the color matches picture. Mattress is good, I laid on it. Would not sleep on it everyday but for the occasional guest it does the job.

Very solid piece of furniture. Good support. Has some puckers in the bottom seat cushions where it should be smooth. Overall good value for the money.

I am disappointed that the possibility of this product arriving damaged in multiple areas proved to be true. Similar to others, my couch was eagerly expected and fell very short from the bare minimum standards with the following: 1. Exposed staples all along the back left side 2. Sunken backing on the bottom back left side 3. A circular hole on the bottom back left side 4. A crushed couch leg 5. A wooden plank that appears to be stapled to the bottom right side Clearly, these are far more than your average concerns, especially considering it's price and the brand. There are occasional outliers in orders but the frequency in which customers have reported defects for this product should discourage anyone reading this and will definitely steer my decision for future Ashley Furniture products. I have relayed my concerns and look forward to their response.

Worked out well. Color is exactly as shown, can't beat the price with free shipping. Only complaint: mattress is extremely cheap, you will need to add an egg topper to it (Walmart $30-$60) other than that we are happy with it. This is an updated review since we’ve owned this couch awhile (approximately 1 1/2 years or so) It really seems to sag in the middle now, which makes it pretty uncomfortable to sit on. You get what you pay for.

Very good quality and all I expected. I personally don't like the mattress, but that's coming from a Tuff & Needle to spring. So, I'm replacing the mattress with a Memory foam, but the couch itself is absolutely beautiful. Doesn't hurt that I found the lowest price on Amazon. Also, the assembly fee on other websites is not needed. Mine came put together.

Ours came w a 1cm hole about 6 inches under the left arm, and the plywood brace under the back left leg was bent. The metal bars underneath the pullout bed have a few white scuffs. However, the usability doesn't seem to be affected so we chose to keep the couch. The clear plastic covering had a few orange liquid drops on it, but the fabric wasn't stained. The pillows have zippers and the inside is stuffed with the poly filling--no insert, these aren't slipcovers. If you have kids they can literally just unzip and pull all your stuffing out! We're using zipties on the zippers to keep them closed. The pillows are very soft though, almost as soft as down filling. The cushions are very firm, the fabric is nice quality. Color is slightly darker than shown in stock photo but not much--it's definitely seafoam. Overall happy with this product.

The quality is great, its much more comfortable than I expected, including the mattress.
