CrossrockDreadnought Guitar Case for Martin D28, compatible to Taylor Grand Auditorium-Hard-Shell Wooden Case-Vintage Brown (CRW620D28BR)

I needed a case for my late father's Kay acoustic archtop guitar. It's difficult to find a case that this guitar will fit into as the lower bout is 17" wide and the body depth is 3 1/2". Fortunately Crossrock is now making a case for this type of guitar. Kudos to them. Although the guitar fits very snugly, I prefer a nice, tight fit instead of having too much room inside which causes the guitar to bounce around when being transported. My dad's guitar has a laminate Spruce top, so the maroon velvet interior and the tan exterior complements the guitar's appearance. It looks like this Crossrock guitar case and Kay guitar were made for each other. Thank you to the people at Crossrock for taking the time and effort to design and make such a beautiful guitar case!

I needed a new case because my D41 case started to fall apart (one of the hinges collapsed inwards and the area of case around it disintegrated. I decided to try a different brand and liked the look of the Crossrock D28 case. It's sturdy, with plush interior, and looks great (brown faux leather). It's virtually quarter the price of a new Martin case, and feels and looks better. Will see how it holds up over the months and years, but as of this moment I'm really pleased with the purchase.

Love this case. Looks expensive. Beautiful textured vinyl is a rich brown. Hardware is substantial and gives an aged look. I bought the 00 12-fret style case. Fits my Kala Parlor Guitar perfectly. Interior measurements listed are accurate. Comes with two inserts that allow for some adjustment to the fit. I got one that had a damaged box for considerably less money. Case is perfect, no issues. Highly recommend. If I buy another guitar, I will be buying another one of these cases.

This is a well constructed really durable nice nice nice case unfortunately the first one I bought was too small. I ordered the second one just because the first one was so nice.

Despite saying it fits the Broadway, it's a few inches too short.

Ordered brown so now I can more quickly find my case in a sea of black cases after jam sessions. Looks high quality outside and inside. Comes with 2 fuzzy-covered pads for fitting around your guitar if needed to take up space. This case fit my Alvarez grand auditorium size guitar perfectly so I tossed those pads. Case is somewhat heavy as most wood cases are. Wasn't packed in the shipping box very well and my case came with a small scuff because of this.
