If you're a fan of S&W revolvers, you'll find this a great source of information even if you never even remove the grips. If you do any kind of work or just tinkering with S&W wheel guns, then this is a must. It's packed with photos and drawings showing how to do things - not just an exploded drawing or two. I've also got the 1911 version of this book, and it's just as good for 1911 fans.

Kuhnhausens book is the technical tour de force he always presents on firearms. A needed reference for any competent firearm mechanic.
