Mostly just a book pointing to online courses and rudimentary explanations relating to TPM
I've been reading quite a few prep books and this book was really hard to draw value. It's about 150 pages with 50 chapters so each chapter is a few pages. This book could be useful if you are looking for online resources to learn more but not directly from the book. For example, it will break down some definitions for Agile learning, and list online courses from Coursera, LinkedIn Learning. I think it could be helpful to someone who has no idea what a TPM is but not for the price. Also this is a nitpick but it was edited very well, the formatting is quite odd where spacing is not consistent.Overall the examples are really basic that point out the obvious like needing to create a safe an inclusive environment or clear communication.

Most lucid and practical guide out there - thoroughly demystifies TPM
Arpit's book is one of the best writings out there, which does an exceptional job of demystifying the subject of TPM.Several courses in the market promise a lot and charge you hefty, but may do little in terms of unravelling the role as lucidly as this book does. There is a very good structure to how the book lays down the entire gamut of expectations, skills and attitudes required of a TPM. Page by page, chapter by chapter, Arpit lays out concepts, gives you the vocabulary to think and speak in, and then does the most elegant thing necessary to complete the explanation. He gives you an "example" and a “recommended” direction, which gives you practical clarity while also setting you on the course of continuous learning. This is a book that you should read not once but multiple times, which is quite possible because the book, though its structure, lends itself to fast reading and easy comprehension.Irrespective of which stage of your TPM journey you are in, whether an experienced TPM or someone just starting, you can hope to benefit immensely.
