It is nice to find a pill that is taken once per day instead of multiple times, and it does replace the need for a separate vitamin D pill along with a turmeric supplement. This saves a lot of money. Overall this has not caused any hurt, but I have not been using it as long as the instructions say is needed to be effective.

I originally purchased in the Fall of 24 for stiffness-pain in my thumb and fingers in one of my hands. Not at quite 3 months but believe this supplement has eased my discomfort so I have purchased again. The price, taking one tablet, and the minerals in the supplement are worth trying.

This is my second time using this supplement. I felt like I could feel the effects within several days. This second time, I had tweaked my knee and I was not taking anything for muscles and joints besides hyalouronic acid. After some rest, ice and taking this supplement, I started healing. Might be coincidence, but for the price and it’s only one pill a day… I will take it.
