The trampoline adapted revolutionary new elastic bongie cord design which enhance the safety a lot.
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the 12-foot trampoline, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This trampoline has truly exceeded my expectations in every way.First and foremost, the revolution elastic bongie cord is much safer with a safe design in mind. The build quality is outstanding. It feels well-constructed, which is essential for safety and durability. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward thanks to clear instructions, and it didn't take too long to set up.The 12-foot size is perfect for our backyard. It provides ample space for jumping and having fun without feeling cramped. The safety enclosure is a fantastic feature, ensuring that my family and friends can enjoy bouncing without worrying about accidents. The bounce on this trampoline is fantastic. It's responsive and provides a good amount of bounces, making it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The materials used seem durable and capable of withstanding years of use.Overall, I highly recommend the 12-foot trampoline to anyone looking for a high-quality, safe, and fun addition to our backyard. It's been a source of endless entertainment for my family, and I'm confident it will be for yours too!

Good quality & design
The media could not be loaded. We got the 8ft perimeter trampoline since our son is only 1 and 1/2 & Iโm pregnant with our second. Itโs a good size even for older kids but no more than 2 kids Iโd say could comfortably jump together without bumping into one another.Putting together takes a good hour and make sure to do a few bungee springs on then go to the opposite side to do some then back & forth like that. My husband did a big section then had a really hard time getting the opposite side attached. Other than that it is simple & easy assembly. After assembling itโs wonderful. Itโs quiet unlike a spring trampoline. Itโs bouncy just like a spring one too so youโre not missing out on bounce. It has nice aesthetics and color combination.

Awesome Product
Finally found the one! The trampoline is made of cords which is safe for the kids. Big enough for kids jumping at the same time. Very sturdy and easy to install. Instructions are very clear. The net is tight enough to keep the kids safe inside while jumping. Spare cords are also included. Highly recommended ๐๐

Broke in under a year....
I've had this trampoline for under a year and most the springs are getting ready to break. I've covered it in bad weather and everything but it's making a horrible clicking that sounds like the mat itself is going to break. It was a huge mistake buying this and not just a regular trampoline.

Great sturdy trampoline ๐ช
The media could not be loaded. We got it for the kids to get their wiggles out. Itโs been so great for our 12 and 10 year olds and the neighborhood kids. I really like the sturdiness of the design and the quality of the ties and that they donโt use springs.

Best buy ever.
We picked this option for the safety feature of no springs. Quality is great, value. Took time to set it up one person did it. She loves it and we are jumping for joy.

Terrible instructions, solid product
The media could not be loaded. The assembly process is frustrating but the outcome is well worth the effort. The trampoline is solid, safe, and very presentable. While the instructions are in correct English they are occasionally wrong and almost always incomplete. For starters, one of the frame members featuring a loop of yellow tape is supposed to match up with a spot on the platform featuring a corresponding loop of yellow tape -- which is missing. A call to the customer service number listed on the instruction manual went to voicemail and was never answered. It turns out that there is no need whatsoever for ensuring a match, as the platform's 60 attachment points are all the same. The most egregious time waster happens when attaching the skirt to the frame. The instructions are utterly useless. My attached video attempts to set the record straight. If you follow these instructions, you'll complete this step in about 5 minutes. A QR code linking to a short YouTube video by the company would have helped condense a 2 hour assembly into about 45 minutes. The rubber bungees that are substituted for springs are an especially excellent feature of this trampoline. The metal and fiberglass members are thick and strong, frame welds sturdy, and the powder coated finish uniform.

Follow instructions
Purchased 14 foot trampoline in November 2023 as Christmas gift for grandchildren. Didn't assemble until December 2025. Upon installing bungie cords 4 had broken. Contacted manufacturer and they honored warranty and sent 4 replacement cords. Helpful tip; READ instructions thoroughly prior to assembling ... we attempted to install bungie cords one after the other like the hours of a clock(extremely difficult, maybe impossible) instead of alternating from one side to the other as instructions plus wearing gloves gives you more grip to stretch cords.
