First time preworkout consumer
This was my first pre workout purchase. I looked after review after review for the best one and most suitable for women. I started out with just under half a scoop as it recommended on the back so I wasn't blind sided with a massive heart racing punch and I was pleasantly surprised, I was a bit nauseouscoming down from it the first day but I haven't had that experience since. I have slowly increased the amount as I have adjusted to it and I'm loving it. It gives me a kick in the ass and a mental focus I need to get a killer workout in and wrangle up a house of 6 afterwards too. I come down from it with no ill effects, I have no bloating either. The taste is not the best, but I've nothing to compare it to. Brings me back to nostalgic days of Flintstone vitamins. I may try the other flavor but this one was recommended as the best tasting 😬 will be purchasing this indefinitely. Thank you for a complete nutritional list that let's me know verbatim what I am consuming.

First of all this product taste GREAT!!
Me and my wife have been using Diesel products for a few years now so when my wife saw there was a new pre workout for women she was very excited. First of all this product taste GREAT!!! Good tasting products is a standard for this company and they did not disappoint this time either. Another thing we like is that it doesn't clump up and dissolve very nice. Diva gives me a really nice energy boost to help me through my toughest workouts. Hands down this is another great Diesel product. I highly recommend this product!

Does what it is meant to do but too chalky.
Gives me great energy and I am able to feel great and push myself more as I work out. It tastes super sweet and very chalky! I use half scoop and make sure I take out all the white foam that forms at the top so it tastes better. Overall the product does what it is meant to do.

Disappointed
I don’t feel it. The taste is ok but honestly I cannot wait to get done with this so I can try something better tasting and something that will help get me ready for my work out.
