Don’t over think putting this together. It’s pretty quiet haven’t had any leaks plus you get an extra tube in case. Very easy to use.

When I received it, worked fine. And out of nowhere it stopped working. I charged it to confirm it wasn't dead but nothing. It pours a little bit then it completely stops pumping anything.

Comes charged, but the charging port is off center on mine so I can't recharge. Opened after return date. Great other than that. Has been helpful during ice storm.

The reason I took off one star is that it does not work well on one-gallon jugs as stated in the listing details. You CAN use it on 1-gal, but it's very precarious sitting there. I thought it had some sort of adapter, but the one I got didn't have anything like that.However, it arrived already charged and I have been using it several times a day for a month and it shows no sign of slowing down, so hasn't been charged since I got it. It's noisy, but it doesn't take that long to fill a glass, so no big deal. Oh, and I have it sitting next to my Keurig so that I can fill the tank directly from the jug. All in all a worthwhile purchase.

The pump works very well. Holds a charge a long time. Great improvement on a hand pump.

This would receive a better review if it was actually universal but does not fit any of my 5-gallon bottles. If you run into this issue, the dispenser still does its job of dispensing water so just hold it in place on top of the bottle. The 2 rings underneath that the bottle is supposed to go on needs either an adapter or needs to be resized.

Perfect fit. Item came fully charged. I am able to get the water at the very bottom of the jug
