Made in China, don't be put off by that fact. All Sealskinz stuff is very good quality. I've got a hat, this hooded hat znd their excellent mountain bike gloves, wouldn't buy anything else at this price point.

when the weather is dry, I slip the hood backwards over my head and it gives good protection as a warm neck covering, I have been very pleased with this item
