Looks like stickers over wood. It was a cute idea but the backing of the frame separated from the wood. It fell from the wall. Can probably fix it but was disappointed.

Has good weight to it, super cute, durable will make a great present to a partner or friends. Only thing is I think it’s slightly over priced :)
