If you live in Miami & don't need something warm then but these. I work outside all night, and these didn't do noticing for me in 30 degree temps. Over about 1 hour it felt like I wasn't wearing a mask. No insulation

These fit a wide range of head sizes and provide decent protection against wind. They also make a great disguise for Halloween costumes.I was provided this set to review by the manufacturer but I liked them so much that we ordered another set, which is my highest recommendation.CFH

I was really quite surprised with both the comfort and the quality of both of these balaclavas. I will most likely be using the solid black one and hand the one with the skull design off to a snowboarder. The polyester microfiber is actually very comfortable and soft, something that will work much better for me than the wool neck scarf I’ve been using during the winter.In the middle of winter when I’m outside shoveling or chopping ice off the roof, I’m really going to appreciate this balaclava. It’s very easy to put on and there’s enough give to the material for easy adjustment. There’s black piping along the open edges to prevent raveling.Both balaclavas are of the same construction so to speak, save the imprint of the skull. There’s no disruption of the skull design and if you prefer the design, it’s very striking in all its goriness. It’s suggested that you can use goggles or sunnies with these, a perfect idea if you are boarding or using these for other sports.FEATURES:► Made of 100% durable polyester fiber. Microfiber polyester is very lightweight and easy to wash. I just toss anything like this in my bathroom sink with a bit of Woolite, wash, and let air dry. They do dry quite rapidly because they are so lightweight.This type of balaclava can be worn in different ways, but I do plan on using it as a face mask in the winter. It will definitely cut down on the cold, wintry breeze and will keep me warm. What nicely made set of balaclavas these are. They are absolutely form fitting and protect the face, head and neck quite nicely. There is no bulking which I have found in like products and both (more about that later) fit quite nicely under my bicycle helmet.Now make no mistake...a elderly gent such as myself is not likely to wear the skill balaclava while out walking our riding his bike. (Hey, I am really long in the tooth). But that does not mean it does not have its uses. After I answered the door to my four grown grandsons the other night and almost lost two of them to hysteria and sheer shock, I decided that this one will go in my birding pack. I spend a lot of time deep in the woods and on the water in the winter and there is a certainly amount of camouflage effect to this one and I feel it will do nicely.The black one will be use while walking in the cold and windy days this winter and while riding by bicycle. It will also be used while on my birding adventures. I wear glasses and the glasses fit perfectly while wearing either of these.The light material does indeed wick moisture and the things do cut down on windburn greatly.I check the workmanship on these things quite closely and found them to be extremely well made. If not abused they should last quite some time.
