I’ve been using this kind of grip trainer for a few years now and find them quite helpful, and this one is well made, feels durable, and after a couple of weeks of use there are no signs of wear to either the body or the spring, so I think it’s great. I hadn’t used one with a clicker to count repetitions before, but I found that to be a good addition as it gives a clear audible indication of whether you’ve completed a squeeze or not; and watching the numbers rise up is just satisfying.On the cons side, this is a problem I have had with every device of this type so I’m not cutting a star, but while the tension is easy to adjust, it’s hard to tell exactly where on the scale it is set to. This makes it a little harder to measure progress, but I guess as long as you can see that you’re improving over time that isn’t very important. It does bug me about this type of device overall though…

At the time of ordering this was £8.99 and I would say definitely worth it. I use it daily to improve the strength in both my wrists and forearms. You can turn the resistance up or down (5kg t0 60kg) which is great as it gives you something to aim for and can be used by everyone.The grip itself feels of good quality, its also comfortable. There is a counter which is a great addition, although I do feel that the quality of the counter is poor and likely to be the first thing that stops working. You reset it using a little adjustable button on the bottom which just feels very cheap and vulnerable to breakage. Having said this even without the counter this is a really good product and does exactly what I ordered it for.
