where can I buy a front glass for the oven door

got no idea sorry as my glass is ok & haven't had to look into it but i suggest either the manufacturer or amazon is better to ask than me.

Where can I get an instruction manual for the pyrolitic oven as I can't find mind and have no idea how to turn it on hold r off!!!!

You need to set the timer to make the oven or grill work. Set the function, temperature and then the timer. Works like a dream, love mine.

How do i purchase an extra shelf

As the size of the oven is usually generic I was able to use an old one from my previous oven. Failing that, I did source another one from an electrical appliance shop that refurbished cookers and fridges. Cost £2. Hope this helps.
