This is a month's supply if taking two gummies per day. I don't know if maca needs to be taken daily to be effective though, so I'm choosing to take them when the mood strikes to increase energy and libido, thinking that those two things are more or less related. These taste uniquely good to me, so I look forward to taking them and enjoying the effect, which is subjective but whatever the mind wants to believe will usually come to pass. Why not eat something that tastes like candy and has possible good effects? Count me in.

I don't love the way these taste, and I can't say at all if these have any health benefits. They are easy to chew and don't get stuck in the teeth, but I don't like the flavor and wouldn't buy again.

Good flavor and texture. To be honest, I wasn't sure what they were supposed to help. I thought it was for energy, but reading the other reviews, I'm not sure if I have that right. It sounds like it might be for libido? I need help with energy. I definitely don't need help with my libido, haha.

Very enjoyable to eat, potent Maca Root extract. I notice the heightening of my libido, which is the way good-quality Maca Root typically effects me.

Overall these taste pretty good if a bit herbal and seem to be good for energy levels. I take them first thing in the morning. Been taking them for about a month now. Does seem to help but I still need caffeine to get through the day (maybe less than I used to though).

The gummy are chewy and easy to swallow. The taste is very good.
