Drop in quality, flavour and texture I have been using Bevzilla since lockdown. My entire family lived Vanilla more than Hazelnut and Butterscotch. Vanilla being my favourite flavour, i am confidently say that the quality and taste have been dropping over last 2 years. Change in texture and the Vanilla flavour is almost non-existent now. Check the change in texture in attached photo. First it was ganular and wholesome. Now its powdery and dry and flavourless. Dont know why this sudden drop. Very disappointed

Product is amazing undoubtedly, but very disappointed with amazon service being a prime member... It took almost 10 days to get delivered after reaching out to their customer care services for multiple times. Amazon needs to focus on their service more.
