Okay I have to say that so far on the days that i take these I seem to have an amazing amount of energy and feel pretty great! Its the scent that makes me not want to every day, so I just hold my breath and do so anyway because feeling this great is worth it. They have a very intense vitamin type scent and the taste is no better. The shape of the pill makes it a bit tough to swallow too, honestly they seem to have such great effects on my body and overall health (so far) that I am going to have to just get used to them, because I will purchase these again. I take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach which I was worries about but I have not had any issues at all with stomach upset or anything!

Tasks that usually left me drained now seem more manageable, and I feel more alert throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't encountered any adverse side effects.However, there are a couple of downsides. The pills have a strong, unpleasant odor that can be off-putting. Additionally, the packaging could use improvement. My bottle arrived with important information on the label covered by Amazon stickers; trying to removed them destroyed the safety/info label underneath.Despite these issues, the supplement's effectiveness is clear. The blend of CoQ10, Resveratrol, and amino acids is beneficial, and it's reassuring that the product is made in the USA and is non-GMO. If you can tolerate the smell, this supplement is worth considering for an energy boost.

I have to admit I have had a hard time testing this product. I know the ingredients may help me, but I have had a hard time taking it consistently due to the odor.Another thing is, there is a sticker covering part of the label information. Not helpful.My mitochondria and energy levels definitely need help! I really want to love this product. I will plug my nose and try it again...

Japanese knotweed, CoQ10,ALA, and numerous amino acids. One tab is recommended taken in the am with a lot of water, assume on empty stomach before a meal , so starting with one each morning , over the last 2 weeks, I have tolerated them well, adding to my continuous health journey, and supplementation. No stomach problems, and seem to feel some good energy within an hour or so after taking. Non GMO and put into a form that is easy to swallow.

It's a No for me. Just opening the bottle, you get a whiff of a very strong, awful odor. The pills are large, hard pills with that same odor. Too much to ignore. While the ingredients are decent, I couldn't get past the nauseating odor that lingers in the room for a couple of hours. Even the cotton they use has that odor and discarding it just stinks up the whole trash can.
