Ritchies Tronozymol Yeast Nutrient

This is a great yeast nutrient. It helps to ensure a very rapid fermentation, without imparting any obvious flavours, if used as directed. What sets this nutrient apart from others is the inclusion of trace minerals and vitamins in addition to diammonium phosphate (DAP). Many nutrient products just contain DAP, but to keep yeast really happy, the extra nutrients are advisable. By providing the full range of nutrients, yeast are less likely to produce bad flavours (fusel alcohols), giving you a much more palatable homebrew. I hardly ever brew without this stuff now.

I use this when making Quince wine,produces good results as quince wine can be temperamental.

My preferred wine nutrient, you can save money with cheaper sorts, but for me this works :)
