Ordered a size large. Provides Nice firm support but is still pretty comfortable. The size large fits my husband well and keeps his chin in a straight forward position alleviating neck pain from looking down in reading position during the day. It’s too large for an average woman’s neck (see photos) even at the tightest closure. Great price compared to local medical supply store.

This neck brace has a sleeve that slips on and off that is washable so your bare neck isn’t resting up against the main body of the brace . Same color . Firm support doesn’t push your neck into an unnatural position by being too large/ high . Velcro closure that’s a nice light blue . Helps posture.Very HappyEnjoy

Outside cover is a plus so it can be washed separately.

like the headline, this is pretty comfortable but does the job. comes with a removable cover so you can wash it without having the throw the collar in the machine.secures well with the velcro and holds as it should.
