I've never done a mask like this so I have nothing to compare it too, but I always feel a lot more refreshed after using it. So I really like it.

I use it as a red-light mask for my face. It's easy enough to change the lights. I wish it was a physical button instead of touch because it can be pressed rather easily and then switches to another color, but it's not that big of a deal I just hold it off then restart it.

I like that this mask is cordless. I don’t need to sit in one spot by an outlet to use it. The strap is not flexible and cannot fit a med to large head or a head with lots of hair so I replaced the strap with some elastic and now has a much better fit. The instructions are NOT helpful at all. When you plug the mask in a red light will appear for charging and will beep 3 times when done and will beep again 3 times in 60 seconds until you unplug it. The charge will last for days, I have not let the charge completely die but it does not take long to recharge, I plug mine in after every use. I like to use my mask on bare clean skin and apply serums and moisturizer after, anything on the skin can interfere with light penetration but you can use your mask however you choose. This is not my only form of light therapy for my skin but this mask has contributed to improving my skin.I would recommend this mask, but if you have a lot of hair or bigger than small head it might be tight.

Upgraded to this from a handheld LED wand. More powerful than my expensive one & obviously better for a more even exposure. Like the auto color changing feature & the 20 minute timer. Not the most comfortable, but being a woman rarely is 🤷🏼‍♀️ would recommend

Unfortunately, it’s a one size fits all and my face is too big. My nose does not fit.
