I purchased one of these from a different store loved it so much. I purchased another one from Amazon. The bottom is like a cutting board and then the sides are adjustable, depending on the depth that you need.I will flatten it use the Cutting board surface to lay the meat down on while I’m applying the rub, then simply raise the sides put the lid on it and put it in the refrigerator. I have also used it while brining meat. It is very easy to clean and it being collapsible makes it very easy to store.I highly recommend this product.

Used this for the first time yesterday for a 6 pound pork butt. It was perfect for seasoning, shredding and storing the meat. It can definitely hold WAY more then 6lbs too.

Wife got me this for Father’s Day. I was somewhat excited about it. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Used it to season and trim up the next brisket I smoked, it was actually amazing! Juices all stayed contained in the cutting board lip, and it’s nice and big! Perfect if you know who Malcom Reed is!

The media could not be loaded. We cooked 3 briskets this weekend and it was so helpful from seasoning the briskets all the way to cutting all the meat up with the built in cutting board. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was a MUST!!!!

I like this product overall. But I had 2 minor issues: The lid doesn't seal, it just fits on. And a full 18 pound brisket hung over the edges of the board when I trimmed it. (Note: after trimming, it fit well and it was really nice to season it in the tub without having to clean a lot of seasoning off the counter. Also, it's very big when the sides are completely up - you need plenty of space in your refrigerator (length, width and height).

We use this to cut meats and watermelon! Keeps juices from running on the counter and floor. Easy to clean and love how easy it stores . Highly recommend

I do a lot of grilling and always have to clean the counter during prep and when cutting the meat afterwards. Now I use this for everything in extended mode during prep and flattened when cutting the meat.Everything is well contained and I even use this to carry things to the grill then wash it before taking things back inside for resting and caving. At the end of the day I’m happy with not having a mess on the counter and less to clean when we’re busy having a food coma.I surprised my brother with one for his bday and he asked me “what is this?” Soon after, now he’s hooked. :-)
