Colorful Reflective Tie Out Cable for Medium Dog Up to 60 Pound, 30 Feet

This is a well-made product I really like it. We’ve been using it for about a month now and I like how sturdy it is. I think an important thing to mention, though is that it is significantly fading with sun exposure

We use it for our 10 pound dog along with a yard screw in stake. I bought a different one first but it was to heavy for her. This one is perfect.

Our dog is about 50 pounds and a full on mutt. He's not extremely strong or overly crazy. We got this about 2 years ago when we moved into our house as it was the perfect length and it's been overall great.We haven't had any tangles or anything but will leave a nasty scar if it rubs against your ankle. Probably not great for little kids due to this. It does become discolored pretty quick.The problem came today. We did not not see any signs of rust or decay. However, today we were playing with our dog. He caught the ball to bring back to me and I immediately noticed the lead had snapped. I was able to grab him but was definitely a scary moment as we are not always outside with him and he would be gone if he had gotten off. I think I would almost RATHER see signs of it breaking before it did.

Though I initially loved this item it had been gotten during the summer months. It held up pretty good for the most part; the clasp started to rust mildly a month after we had gotten it.However, I must say I am disappointed on how it held up once the weather here turned to winter. We live in a Northern state in the US which means we can reach below 0 temperatures. That is when this product went from awesome to a piece of junk.Immediately after the first snow the rust on the clasp got worse. And that safety latch, which is plastic only served to make things worse to hook our dog up o unhook him. Then the plastic coating on the lead started to break allowing for the braided metal to start to fray.This product is great if you don't live in a place that gets a typical winter. It is best used in warmer climates.

This was much lighter then others I have bought. My dog already started chewing the plastic tie that keeps the swivel snaps in place.

Great quality and strong. Snaps are well made and also strong. Lasts a long time with daily use. Highly recommended

I love the locking clips. They work great for my dogs. But the lines themselves suck. As does the dozens of other types of lines that I have bought from Amazon. I have 1 40lb husky, 1 50lb pitbull. And 3 45-70lb pitskys (husky/pit) But I have yet to find a 200lb-350lb dog run that can contain any of these dogs! The problem is the vinyl covering on the lines crack and then the metal underneath rusts and breaks. I have multiple old broken lines from this happening over and over. Every brand, every time. Sadly had to break down and buy a chain to use on the pups out of fear of them getting in the road. Mom (pitbull) is smart enough to stay out of the road. I put her on a 30 foot cable from master lock. Basically something that is designed to lock up a boat. I keep getting these cables for the dad (Husky). He's 15 and doesn't pull as much as he used to. I just keep checking for cracks and replace as necessary. About every 3-4 months. But I always cut the ends of these off after I replace them so I can reuse the clips. Sure wish I could find these clips for sale by themselves. I swear my pitbull grows thumbs sometimes and unclips her lines. But not with these clips.

This is a strong lead and I use it for both of my small dogs. I definitely recommend and will purchase again.
