I got the 18g for my nose piercing since I couldn't find a internally threaded 20g and did also purchase a piercing threader to make it easier to change it out but the shortest size is perfect for my small nose. The longer 2 sizes are great for healing piercing to give them room to swell and breathe. I haven't noticed any tarnishing of the metal or gem so I'm very happy with the quality and color. Unless you have very long fingernails or issues with dexterity its not difficult at all to screw in and they don't come undone if you keep them tight.

I like these earrings. They are very comfortable, the only problem is screwing the earrings in. I found that it took me a WHILE to screw them together due to the small size. But once you get them on they are cute.

They're very cute, easy to put in, very sturdy. Unfortunately 2 of the balls threading wasn't good enough and they fell out while I was eating. Perfect size for new piercings, very cute colors, but the balls falling out just didn't make it worth the money.

Trying to screw these together once in my ear was impossible. I couldn't wear them without someone else putting them in and they struggled to get it done.

I had a really bad allergic reaction and flare up that I couldn't even wear my original piercing. I changed to these for the lobe flare up and in about a week, my ear lobe was about to heal.I also changed out my helix piercing. No swelling, itchiness or reaction. I was quite surprised cause my helix piercing didn't even like an expensive piercing pagoda earring.Only con is, it takes a long time and patience to screw these in.

The media could not be loaded. I pierced my flat yesterday with the longer bar so it has room to swollen everything and it’s doing great beautiful jewelry was able to get the diamond in pretty easily

I cannot change my piercings often , because I don't have an hour each time I want to put new ones in. They're pretty, but they do not go on easy. If you want something that's going to stay for a while, they're great. If you are like me and want to switch it up fairly often...good luck babe.
