Everbond Foundation Sealant: A Reliable Solution for Water Infiltration Woes
Living in Southern California, you wouldn't expect waterproofing to be at the top of your home maintenance list. However, recent years have brought unprecedented rainfall, causing unexpected challenges for homeowners like myself. After enduring multiple bouts of flooding in my garage, I turned to Everbond Foundation Sealant for a solution – and I'm pleased to report that it delivered impressive results.Last year's record-breaking rainfall left our property saturated, leading to water infiltration issues in the garage. Despite replacing the garage door with a threshold-equipped model, water still found its way in through the foundation wall. Enter Everbond sealant, a product designed to provide long-lasting protection against cracks, leaks, seams, and gaps. One of the standout features of Everbond is its versatility. While originally intended for basement waterproofing, I found it to be equally effective for sealing foundation walls. The ease of application was a major selling point for me – simply rolling it onto the wall under the garage door and around problem areas, and using a brush for precision in hard-to-reach spots. The real test of Everbond came during the recent deluge, as another atmospheric river dumped inches of rain in a matter of hours. I watched anxiously, hoping that this time, my garage would remain dry. To my relief, Everbond lived up to its promises, keeping approximately 95% of the water out. While there were a few minor spots where water seepage occurred, I attribute this to potential oversights during application rather than a flaw in the product itself.Following this successful trial, I plan to apply a second coat of Everbond in areas where I may have missed during the initial application. This extra layer of protection should further bolster the sealant's effectiveness and ensure comprehensive waterproofing coverage. What I appreciate most about Everbond is how it simplifies the daunting task of waterproofing. With its user-friendly application process and reliable performance, it offers peace of mind for homeowners facing moisture-related challenges – whether it's combating flooding in the garage or sealing foundation walls against water infiltration. While Everbond isn't without its minor imperfections, such as the need for additional coats in some areas, its overall performance warrants a solid four-star rating. For anyone seeking a dependable solution to waterproofing woes, Everbond Foundation Sealant is certainly worth considering. It's proof that effective waterproofing doesn't have to be complicated – sometimes, all it takes is the right product in your toolkit.

I needed a solution to some moisture that was seeping its way through my foundation wall. There is a gutter along the outside edge of this wall that leaked as well. So double trouble! I fixed the gutter, and along with the use of this product, will not be seeing and more moisture issues. Application is easy and you can do multiple applications for extra protection. This foundation sealant is a great solution to any moisture issues you have!

Amazing
Works great if you if you follow instructions, takes about 3 coats. Bad a few spots in the basement where I was getting moisture coming in. After applying a few coats it looked good. A few days later we had a heavy rain fall and I am thankfully to say the basement was finally bone dry

Easy to use, hardest part is the prep needed before using this liquid rubber
Make sure you follow the prep instructions as that will make or break your project, I found that the preparation step is harder and takes longer than the actual application of this liquid rubber. The liquid rubber rolled on fairly easily, it wasn't overly tacky or thick. After the application my basement wall has yet to have moisture seep through it. This is doing the trick to keep the interior basement wall dry. Now no more leaning up on the wall and getting wet and dirty!

Great seal and bond
Bonded well to prepared concrete. Has a nice texture and finish once dry. Be careful because it will ruin clothing if you have an accident.
