Nice size
Nice size a bit more firm than I prefer but works well as a second booster for restorative yoga

Firm, good quality
I'm using this when doing the camel posture in yoga. I put it under my ankles to keep my feet from cramping. Unfortunately, the diameter is a bit too large in diameter for this purpose -- tho it does work It's a super firm pillow. Appears to be sturdy.

It’s just the right firmness for me.
It provides a much needed support for my lower back while sitting up, relieves the pain, so helpful!

Exactly what I wanted
This is an excellent product. Great for yoga and also great to elevate behind knees at night while sleeping.

Rock-hard
It arrived quickly, and there were two things about it that were disappointing to me; first it was gray in color and not natural. Second, it is so hard -really like a rock. There’s no way to adjust my position comfortably with this bolster. Returning.

Not what I expected.
Smaller than expected. It's not as long as it looks and it is very round. It doesn't really work for what I wanted it for but I'm sure I can find a use for it. It's very firm!
