Got these at the start of medical school, 8 years later they are still going strong. Everyone was getting Littmann Classic IIIs and over time many have had to upgrade. These were slightly higher priced than the Littmann's but are Cardiology-grade. Lifetime warranty and free parts for life program make them the obvious choice although I have not had to make use of that. I do not see any reason to upgrade these, and I hope they last the rest of my career. The only downside to this stethoscope is it's the weight but I suppose that is a trade-off with durability.

Absolutely loved this it is on the expensive side but well worth the investment. It's really good quality the rose gold colour is gorgeous. It doesn't look like a child's toy stethoscope which I found with some stethoscopes and this stethoscope looks professional. One negative I would say is it is a little heavy however it's something if you wore regularly you would get use to it.

The best stethoscope that I've ever had. The sound quality is excellent and the workmanship superb. I use it to examine horses and it is great for this purpose.

I got this as a gift from my boyfriend and its amazing. I'd had it for over a year and lost the adult diaphragm so I contacted the company and signed up on their website and they fed ex ed a replacement to me for free. Excellent customer service! The only thing I would say is its a bit heavy and becareful with the diaphragm and bell, because they are obviously interchangeable between adult, infant and paediatric they are removable and mine fell off a few times that's how I lost it.

I would give this stethescope a 5 star overall. It is the BEST stethescope I have ever purchased in my 25 years as a nurse! I work as a postpartum nurse caring for moms and babies. The ease of changing one instrument from something appropriate for the mom and then switching it to accomodate her baby is AWESOME! The sound quality is a five star rating also. SUPERIOR!! The only thing about the stethescope I would change is the tubing. It is thick and heavy, BUT if I would have to forfeit the sound for lightweight I would suffer through the weight to have the superior sound. I was a bit disappointed in the packaging. There wasn't any instructions so I had to muddle my way through. I would also LOVE to have a case appropriate for fitting it. Please let your current customers, like myself, know when this product is made :) I would purchase it!! A SATISFIED customer!!

Je suis assistant candidat spécialiste (interne) en médecine d'urgence en Belgique. Je disposai auparavant d'un Stéthoscope Littmann Master Cardiology, et avant encore d'un Littman Master classic II. Et bien ce stéthoscope MDF ProCordial Core est le meilleur que je n'ai jamais possédé ou essayé. L'acoustique est absolument excellente. J'entend des tout petits souffles cardiaques ou de minimes crépitants pulmonaires que mes collègues avec d'autres stéthoscopes Littmann n'entendent absolument pas. La couleur rose-gold et belle est originale. Et il a également l'avantage d'être entièrement convertible en stéthoscope pédiatrique (membrane et cloche), avec les pièces en question fournies dans la boite. En bref, un stéthoscope idéal pour la pratique de toute spécialité, y compris des spécialités avec une population diversifiée (adulte ou pédiatrique, médecine d'urgence ou Médecine générale par exemple). Ce stéthoscope ravira également les cardiologues, tant l'acoustique est incroyable.Cette marque est relativement peu connue et utilisée comparée au stéthoscopes Littmann que tout le monde a, mais elle vaut tellement le coup. Depuis que je possède ce stéthoscope, je me demande comment Littmann peut occuper la position de leader du marché, quand on voit à quel point les stéthoscopes MDF sont excellentissimes.Et concernant le poids, mentionné par beaucoup d'utilisateur, je ne le trouve pas si lourds que ça personnellement. Peut être juste un chouïa plus lourd que le Littamann Master cardiologie, mais aucun problème pour le garder autour du cou ou dans la poche.5 étoiles. Ce stétho les vaut LARGEMENT ! Je mettrais même 6 étoiles sur 5 si cela était possible.Je recommande vivement l'achat de ce stéthoscope formidable.
