The product is really good i am enjoying it right now and there has been no problems with the system but the reason why i gave it 3 stars is because there was something wrong with the controller, it was 360 but there was a scratch mark on the left joystick and the worst part of all is that the left joystick was loose and it was not in place it was really wobbly and when we tried to make are account it was not working properly and we could not type so it was useless at that point so we had to order another xbox 360 controller and the good thing is that it actually works and it came in its original packaging. Next time check the controller and test it out so that nobody has to wait for there package to arrive to see that the controller does not work.

It came with a family lock. Help
