According to my non-scientific vacuum testing device, this adds about 1 cm in length to ole Willy. I honestly don’t believe it could ever be a permanent tool enlarger. Like others, in my opinion it temporarily dilates the blood vessels, increasing both length and girth. The instructions are pretty funny to read.

it's not a complete sham but it is completely frustrating this product seems to mislead you a bit. OK in a very large way. Most of us know that there is no such thing as magic gel that increases your size just like there is no magic elixir that can grow your hair back when you go bald. When you read the instruction excuse pamphlet (or disclaimer) it clarifies this product's intentions, which clarify nothing. They would like you to subscribe to their notion that a technique called "jelqing". If you are unfamiliar with that term, allow me to copy and paste it. Jelqing is an exercise intended to increase the length and girth of the penis by pulling and massaging it to create micro-tears, 😬which supposedly thicken and expand as they heal.😵 Does it work? I gather there has not been much scientific research done on this, and what does this have to do with the innocuous cream you spent $30.00 on And how do you use it.? According to the creator of this stuff who claim they are not responsible for how you use it or what's in it but they do tell you that it basically has no effect on size or does anything to the penis it's just a tool to assist in the massage technique and if you follow the steps and procedures (as convoluted as they are) then the product is a success for you because this process/ritual/exercise/program/project has been passed down from father to son over the centuries - 🛑 I just have a hard time believing this because I can't imagine my father telling me how to manipulate my genitals to make it bigger it seems wildly inappropriate. The most frustrating part is finding out that the gel is innocuous and that the word "jelqing" made it into the English language.

This gel, unlike others of this type, describe increasing size by doing exercises as described in the pamphlet inside the box. Over the continuous use of one of the four exercises they say you could add a few cm. The descriptions are fairly easy to read and understand. Over the small time I have tried a few of the exercises I have not seen results. The gel is said to be specifically designed for safety on the male anatomy. It appears as a semi translucent white medium weight gel that provides good reduction in friction while wet. It seems to dry fairly quickly and gets a tacky type of feel. It washes away with water easily though. There is a light menthol type scent to the product.

OK, let's get real. There currently is no cream, gel, or potion you can rub on yourself to increase your length or girth. For that there are water pumps and stretching devices that may produce minimal results and invasive operations that are either for persons with permanent impotence or those who like doing risky things. The note that the packaging may differ is accurate. The one that came to me is labeled Titan Gel. It's 'biologically active' ingredients are hyaluronic and succinic acids - stuff you see in wrinkle creams, and strawberry and verbena extracts. A little menthol. There are instructions for jelqing in the box. It is pleasant to use for this purpose. It's lubricating action lasts a reasonable amount of time. Again, no cream, gel, or other potion is going to produce any significant, long-lasting changes in your dimensions. This stuff is priced right up there with the fancy wrinkle creams. Maybe best as a gag gift.

The gel is basically lube mixed with some type of lotion. The instructions are plentiful for ways of increasing blood flow, and doing stretches down there. I like how the 'lube' is slippery and doesn't burn my skin nor have a scent.
