I highly recommend Zen Nutrients Everyday Liver Vitamin for people with non-alcoholic fatty liver like myself. I was diagnosed with fatty liver Dec 2023 and went on a journey of finding ways to "cure" myself and bought various liver vitamins (milk thistles, NAC, choline, etc...). About mid 2025, I ended up with buying Zen Nutrients on Amazon to try out, and I'm now a monthly subscriber. Anyway, my liver enzyme numbers were out of whack back in Dec 2023 (my ALT was in the 90s), it started to get better once I went on Everyday Liver in mid 2025. I just tested Dec 2025 (ALT 66), and again Jan 2025 (ALT 47) which is almost within the normal range (less than 41). My A1C landed at 5.5 which is within normal range. My regiment consists of taking the pills (2 pills a day), eat 2 eggs a day to get my choline and good fat (good news - my cholesterol didn't change despite eating a dozen eggs a week for the past year), along with a blended juice drink using my vitamix blender - drink consists of 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, a piece of ginger, several stalks of celery, all blended using pomegranate juice - this makes a largish bottle (about 40-50 oz) that I keep in the fridge and drink over the course of the week. With each drink, I add 1 TBS each of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I also incorporate some simple easy exercises suitable for seniors (mainly gentle squats, or raising and lower myself on my tip toes, a walk around the yard) for 10 minutes after each meal. Other than that, I eat normally (lots of fruits and proteins like beef, pork and fish, but also rice and pasta and bread, and I don't shy away from cake or ice cream). Those seem to do the trick as my numbers have improved so much. I am getting another test later Feb 2026, then an ultrasound of my liver in March 2026. Hopefully I will have a healed liver by then. Anyway since I'm having such good results, I thought I would share the information here to encourage people who has fatty liver that it can be reversed (and pretty fast too, I'm talking maybe 6-7 months)
