What can I say, bought for "Ghost Town" because it is, during this Corona Virus Outbreak.
Liked on time delivery, Coventry based anti facist band plagued by NF troublemakers who despite it all managed to still keep their heads and sing brilliant songs with meaningful lyrics.

More Please
Great reissue from the Specials. Live and bonus tracks are on par with the original album. A must buy for all 80's ska fans.

More Specials Made More Special.
I still have my contemporary vinyl (with free single and poster) and mainly bought this for disc 2, but the disc 1 remaster is also good. Great to hear the previously unreleased stuff, and I thought I had all releases from the time, but was introduced here to Raquel, a b-side from a Dutch single promoting the Dance Craze live album. The ska and 2-Tone era was the first that, at 12/13 years of age, I was old enough for it to be mine; punk was done by taping matesβ older brothers albums, but ska I dressed for (I wish I still had my claret/green tonics and crombie) and bought the records with wages from my first after school/Saturday job: de-eying and chipping spuds in a Bletchley fish and chip shop - I digress. The sole reason for knocking off a star was that I wanted vinyl, and a 4/5, for such a great album, from a confident band in their pomp, feels harsh for just that ... perhaps 4.5 is right, but not a choice.More Specials is, in the odd song, a change of direction but still recognisably a Specials album, in style, subject matter, and quality; Iβll always love it.

Great second album
Have loved this album since 1980. It's even better now with all the bonus tracks. Quality if you love or loved the specials this albums worth it.

A Lot of Great Tunes to Keep You Boppin' and Poppin'
Again The Specials are a really great example of a noteworthy SKA band from the 70's/80's punk/new wave era. Like their first deluxe version, this too, has a lot of great tunes to keep you boppin' and poppin'. This time for this set, we have the first disc as the Original album all beautifully remastered and disc two has the bonus tracks which are a few singles and BBC Sessions and a couple singles tunes in extened versions. Again, I am not going to type out the track listing as Amazon has already done so. My favourite tuns from this album on disc one are Man at C & A and International Jet Set and possibly Hey, Little Rich Girl. Hearing them again with a new remastering is like wow. The band sounds as if they are right there with you playing live. On disc two the full length 12" versions of Ghost Town and Why? from that single as well as Friday Night and Saturday Morning wich never changed from the 7". There are also three BBC Sessions Stereotypes Parts One and Two, Sea Cruise and You're Wondering Now. Then the remaining tracks are remastered 7" single tunes. Please don't delay with getting this one!
