I ordered the dang thing early so that it would be here before she had her puppies. It didn't work, and so when I told them, and asked could they get me one out really quickly, everything broke down and it would be like two weeks, and bla bla bla bla bla bla blaThey did give me my money back.

I am on my second infrared heating pad (Medium). I love it. The first one is still in use after about 3 years. The only problem is the cover has broken down. So bad in fact that I am having it recovered. I do not know what material the cover is made of but it started to peel off after a few years use. Kind of like what bonded or blended leather will do, in some cases, on furniture after awhile. I am in the process of having it recovered, $45.00. But that aside, I just purchased another one as I like the product that much. The item is kind of expensive, about $200.00 but well worth it. Would recommend the manufacturer come up with a better covering though.

A friend recommended This years ago for my chronically aching shoulder, I thought she was Nuts, and could barely contain my "Eye Roll" when she would bring it up! Well, she finally let me try hers, I only had it on for ten minutes, and as much as I didn't want to believe it, my shoulder felt better than it had in Years! I went home and ordered my own, HUGE improvement in Quality of life!!! Another friend has bad knees, she used it while visiting me and was able to hike down to the tide pools with no problems!!! I do leave it on for the recommended 60 minutes, It's easy to use, and I now have full range of motion on my shoulder, First time in Years! Thanks Therasage!!!

Exceeded my expectations for relieving my back pain and muscle spasms, the stress relieving benefits are amazing, I have never been able to take an afternoon nap, this thing zonks me right out, and when used right before bedtime I fall asleep as soon as me head hits the pillow, I highly recommend it, thinking about buying the smaller one to. The only negative thing I can say is with the control, when plugged in the display is always on, the instructions say to unplug it when not in use, and it does not retain the last setting always defaults to level 5 with 60 minutes, but try to find one of equal quality for less then 2 to 3 times the price of this one.

I truly feel this get deep into the tissue unlike any other heat source. You can feel the heat circulating throughout your body, kind of like a weird energy force, but works for sore and achy muscles.

My old Therasage Infrared heating pad died after 3 years of nightly use. I was very pleased with it, and since my husband couldn't fix it, I bought a new one. I'd hoped to wait until Christmas, but couldn't wait any longer. It is a miracle worker for stressed muscles and joint pain. The new one is set up a little better than the old one and the chord coming out of the pad is sturdier.

I use the infrared heating pad to help with my back pain. I have lots of issues with my back and it seems to help calm the pain. The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is because the unit is always on unless you unplug it.

Ended up throwing it away doesn’t warm at all even at the highest temperature literally waste of money.
