Got these for Elite 4 Active, and they fit in charging case.
Took a chance on these even though they're not officially for the Elite 4 Active, turns out I didn't need to be worried. They fit fine in the charging case, and provide better isolation, comfort, and quality than the stock silicon tips.

So far great! Better than silicone tips. No irritation with these and they stay in my ears well. When you find the right depth, tilt etc they are very comfortable and you can't even tell you have them in your ears. I'm finding the large size to work best for staying in my ears. Next order I will likely get the 3-pack all large ones.

Product arrived unboxed
Rating is not about the quality of the product as I never had a chance to test it.The product I received was unboxed, just in a sealed plastic bag without any paper packaging or branding. I contacted Comply who confirmed that they never ship products like this. Not sure if the product is just used, or possibly fraudulent. Returned immediately.
