Very quick dispatch and delivery. If you get these take your time with them, I did and the end result was that they looked like the originals, I used a pair of plyers and sometimes grips to hold it in place and then plyers on other side to squash down and tighten up

These made a good job fixing my broken spring in my diining room chair.
I ordered these for a broken serpentine spring in one of my dinning room chairs. I bought a serpentine spring to bridge the broken spring and bound the new one to the existing ends to bound them. These are tricky to use. You need two pairs of pliers to close these clips up and with some force. They made a good job.
