I like that they are flat to squat and use weights. That way I’m not wearing my running shoes to lift weights.Pretty comfortable and I would buy another pair if I had enough money.

I mostly weight train and do cardio on machines. If you plan to run in these maybe not the best choice they are a bit stiff but if you plan on squatting or deadlifting then these are the perfect shoes. Flat and stable great ankle support.

Los pedí 28.5 que es mi talla. Me quedaron justos, pero sin apretar. Yo pediría medio número más

Súper cómodos. Uso 26.5cm pero solo en esta ocasión si les puse plantilla porque vienen más amplios que los Metcon anteriores. Este modelo viene amplio pero con plantilla se soluciona. No hubiera comprado el 26cm porque tengo el pie plano. Muy buenos!
