Large... more like tiny. Perhaps this is a reflection of difference in chinese and uk sizes but my fingertips were turning blue by the time I eventually got them on. Unfortunately as I cant use them they are now just high carbon footprint rubbish.

The cheapness of this product should be warning enough, how on earth can something as cheap as this be of any use. I was looking to add something to my swimming regime to help me reduce the loss of muscle I endure if not active enough. My physiotherapist encouraged me to look for something useful and I though I would give them ago.I took them to the pool and was so frustrated at how awkward they are to even put on. In use they provided next to nothing by way of resistance and it became apparent that they would have nothing to offer for increasing stamina or endurance as is suggested. I was foolish enough to give them another go and to be honest I felt so stupid at even taking them, they are quite simply so rubbish that you might as well sellotape your fingers together.I can see no benefit in purchasing these and wholeheartedly recommend you to avoid these at all costs, I cannot even think of anything they might be useful for and binned them straight away, they didn't even survive the journey home! The only bonus was that they were cheap enough to not worry about the complete lack of time and money.
