Our organic ginger comes from Peru depending on the time of the year. At Wholegood we focus on seasonal produce with as much produce coming from the UK as possible,as you can appreciate its easier during the summer months. We also work closely with growers in Italy, France and Spain. The ginger come by boat from China or Peru; we never airfreight.
